This is by far my favorite dinner of all time.
Cut cheese to the size of a cube (roughly about 2"x2").
Cut lavash or barbari bread to small sizes (5"x5").
Serve with tomatoe, cucumber, parsley, mint, walnut. All optional but at least one required.
Other things to serve with bread (noon) and cheese (panir) include grapes, watermelon, and raisins.
Drink hot tea and sugar with it. (Chaee Shirin)
