light years away. They should have called it the " Red Rose Nebula."
As the Quran states in Sura 55 "Ar-Rahman", [ar-Rahman 55:37] When
the sky disintegrates, and turns rose colored like paint.

The picture is very nice but unfortunately it is false colour. The
true colour of the Cat's Eye Nebula is blue-green, so I don't believe
that this Sura from the Quran refers to this picture. The Cat's Eye
Nebula is a planetary nebula, which is what is left of a small star
that has died. There are some planetary nebulae that are red. The Sura
says, "When the sky disintegrates, and turns rose colored like
paint", it is likely that the word sky refers to something other than
a star. Basically the Sura could be interpreted in many ways.
Definitely without a doubt there are mentions of science in the Quran
that have only been discovered recently, so Allah is the one and Islam
is the truth.

that particular verse have been interpreted in many different terms ,
unfortunately , ambiguity and science doesnt go together . islam and
muslims doesnt need external 'proves' to islam's truth , enough if one
lives an orderly life according to islamic teaching .

Why do we as muslims need modern Kuffar discoveries to prove the truth
of our believes/ religion? We as muslims should be proud to stand up
and declare our faith without prove..that is the true meaning of Iman.
Unfortunately there is no space here but as muslims there are so many
things mentioned to us either in the Quraan or Ahadith Shareef for
which "modern" science only recently have come up with explanations.

1) He could have seen it, the atmosphere was much clearer. 2) He
could have imagined it, he was a wise guy he thought anything could
happen so why not give it a shot, it does not look like ointment by
the way. 3)Georges Lemaître predicted the big bang theory, does it
make him a messenger?

Well Allah is Almighty. All of Allah's creations are non mighty.
Nowadays, we depend a lot on all of Allah's creations. e.g. When
we're sick, we seek Doctor/medicine. Doctor/Medicine cant heal but
Allah does. Allah has set rule in the living world that we need to
work in order to achieve. So we work to find medicine/doctor. and we
achieve the healing. However we seldom remember that it is Allah
doings that made us healthy again. Again, how's our Imaan?
