A promoter is a person who wants to sell you something you don't need that
he does not have, at a price you can't afford, and for reasons neither of
you can possibly understand, but the deal goes through and now you make
your living using the things no one wanted to do what everyone said could
not be done, for people who don't want what you offer. Its the price you
pay, it appears, for being in the sewer cleaning business.
