The best advice I ever received was to buy Berkshire Hathaway (now $5,000 a
share) at $300. Unfortunately, I ignored it. Other good advice I have all
too often ignored: know your audience, be prepared, don't pretend to know
something if you don't, try to know something, don't bite off more than you
can chew, don't chew with your mouth open, never wear brown suits, avoid
fat in your diet, avoid giving other people advice.
