Open Telephone Network [OTELNET], TCS
announced a few hours ago.
I'm pretty sure they can advance their alerting capalities using
the carrier-class alerting engine they bought from
OTELNET, the company
I was working for throughout the last year. We had a powerful alerting engine
every company would love to have!
