COMPUTER TECHNICIAN NIGHTMARE

One of the highest ranking officers in my company phoned to say his
screen was black on his laptop. I asked him to try to press the
function key that swaps to an external monitor to no avail. After
asking about power lights and disk accesses I decided to go to his
office and take a look. When I was handed his laptop, the screen came
away in my hands. He dropped it and smashed the hinges. When I asked
why he didn't say that the screen was snapped off, he replied that he
didn't think it was important.
