Dan Halvorson: I was delighted and thankful to find an ancient remedy for health problems. It is used by drinking 1.5 liters of water in the morning before doing other things and not eating or drinking an hour afterwards or before. I heard of this long ago but was not able to be appreciative of the knowledge. Some believe civilization originated in the east and India. I would like to research this. Good luck to you.
